David Kusel has lived in the Cas Concos area for more than forty years, restoring old farmhouses during the winters and windsurfing most of the time in the summers .
In 2008 he took over the small estate agency in the village and now enjoys a relaxed retirement job sharing his local knowledge with those looking for houses, building plots or ruins to restore in this corner of the island.
